What is Vibit Wholesale?
Vibit Wholesale is the dedicated B2B platform for small retailers, studios, and practitioners looking to provide Vibit products to their customers and patients. You’ll just need a valid ABN and a short application form to get started.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
To apply, visit the Wholesale Access Request page and complete the registration form with your business details and ABN. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email invitation to create your account and start ordering.
How do I log in to my wholesale account?
After approval, use your registered business email to sign in via the Wholesale Login link. If you experience issues accessing your account, confirm your email address or contact the Vibit support team for assistance.
When will I see wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing and catalogue visibility are only available to approved wholesale customers after logging into their account. Retail prices are hidden for registered wholesale buyers.
Do you offer custom pricing for bulk orders?
Yes. Vibit Wholesale supports tiered and customer-specific pricing depending on your order volume or account type. Bulk discounts or negotiated rates can be applied automatically once your account is approved.
Can I request product samples before ordering?
Sample requests are welcome for approved wholesale customers. Contact your Vibit account manager or email the team to arrange samples prior to placing larger bulk orders.
What are your payment terms?
We offer several payment options for wholesale partners:
- Immediate payment: via standard payment methods at checkout.
- Net 30 / Net 60 Terms: Approved customers may be offered extended payment terms—Net 30 or Net 60—allowing payment to be made within 30 or 60 days of the invoice date. Net terms eligibility depends on credit approval and account history.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped from our Australia-based warehouse. Freight options include standard or express delivery depending on size and location. Large or palletised orders will receive a freight quote prior to dispatch.
Do you accept international wholesale orders?
Currently, Vibit Wholesale services registered businesses within Australia only.
Can I reorder easily?
Yes. Once logged in, you can view your order history, reorder previous products, or adjust quantities directly from your account dashboard.
